This will be an ongoing story, designed to share all of the highs and lows leading to the wedding day of Jason Mevius and Jessica Wilson.
So, I finally got these up for viewing. I can’t even imagine the sort of traffic I’m going to get from the phrase ‘honeymoon photos’.
The photos do no justice to the beauty of the land and the surrounding waters. There is no ‘ocean smell’ filter in Photoshop.
I miss it already.
Jessica and I made it back from our honeymoon, totally relaxed and horrified by not spending our days on the beach.
Our wedding was a truly wonderful event and we are thrilled to be starting the next chapter in our lives. I know I need to thank all the wonderful people involved in helping us, but my mind is still a little slow adjusting.
In due time.
Of course, we’re furiously working on the upcoming wedding (five days!), but we needed to take care of business first.

And here’s our supplies for the reception itself. Looks like it will be a good time.
Apparently, there is some indecision about the shoes the Bridesmaids will wear at the wedding. I could see how hard it would be for all the ladies to agree on a single style that would flatter everyone.
So, I decided to try helping out.

Wow, where has the time gone. A month is all that is left. It’s hard to believe. It seems like only yesterday we were researching venues for our big day. That was last October. I’m really starting to get so excited now. I have been this whole time but now it’s becoming such a reality it’s that type of excitment that gives you the girlish giggles. It’s so close. But then also I’m a bit stressed right now with all the last minute details that have to be finalized and taken care of. We are doing really well though. Jason and I have really worked well together through out this whole process. He has been by far a Super Groom! And I’m a lucky bride.
