I can already feel the pressure of planning this type of an event. The first challenge would be planning a wedding with an Engineer.

Now God bless his soul but we come from two different ends of the spectrum. He likes to plan everything out and have every corner of the world traced before making a decision. I’m a huge planner also but I’m more of a lets pin this down now before we loose the spot type. I’m a lets do it now and he is a lets investigate more. The anxiety and stress of waiting is difficult for me. I’d have this whole thing planned down to every last detail in a few months. But we are still in the discovery stage of planning. I can’t wait for us to get to the decision stage of planning. Until then I’ll just be a crazy lady and he knows that. I don’t like the uncomfortable feeling of everything being out of my control. Its in OUR control now and that might take a little getting use to.

And evening though this might be one of the most stressful times of life I know it is also one of the most amazing, fun times. Our weeding is going to be a blast. The rest of our lives together is going to be phenomenal and when it really comes down to it that’s the part I can’t wait for the most, becoming Mrs. Mevius.
